Hide and Seek

So, Drew loves to be chased! He also loves opening and closing doors, so Hide and Seek has quickly become his favorite game :).

Then, he got tired of that game and went back to his other favorite past-time. This mat starts everyday out being completely straight and put together. You see what it looks like at the end of the day :).

So, I'm trying to get back on-top of this blog. I'm really late posting these pics. Sorry. Here are some from August.

Drew's new favorite game - opening and closing doors, cabinets, anything! Poor baby has smashed his fingers more times than I can count, but this game never gets old.


We went to Gulf Shores, AL to vacation with my family. On the way down there, we ended up needing to stay a night in a hotel, Drew was SO excited. It was his first time in a hotel, and when we got into the room, he was crawling around everywhere exploring. It was really funny. Here's a pic of him before we all checked in.




Also, a few new thing...looking outside. All of the windows at our house are too high for Drew to peep out, but my brother's house was just perfect. Drew spent a lot of time sitting in this position while at my brother's house.

Photo Shoot

So, I haven't written in forever, but since Brandie is a bit behind, I wanted to let you all know that Drew got his one-year-old pictures taken (a couple of weeks early) this past weekend. The photographer Erin Cobb is amazing. We traveled all the way to Huntsville for these pictures, and based on the preview on Erin's site, I'm sure we'll be back in the future many times. I can only fathom how much our wallets and the grandparents' wallets will empty on these. :)
