Fun Times in MS

So, I had to go to MS for work back a few weeks ago, and Drew got to tag along and visit the grandparents. He had a blast hanging out with the grandparents without Mom and Dad. Of course, we missed him like crazy! Here are some pics from that week.

What's this stuff?

Me, Mom, and my great-grandmother.

Me and Papa.

Just me being cute.

Nothing like some good, old-time favorites - plastic bowl and spatula.

Me and my cousin Graham. I may only be a little bit taller than Graham (who's 2 months younger), but I've got the heavy-weight category under wraps!

See my tooth...

How sweet is this?

The boys with Papa and Granny.

Drew loved, loved this little car toy of Grahams. Almost every picture that we have is of Drew playing with this toy. Here are (in order) Drew, Braylee (my friend Olivia's daughter), Madeline (my friend Amy's daughter), and Graham (my brother's son). It was SO much fun having my best friends, my brother/sister-in-law , and all of our kids in one place!!

Of course, none of the Moms are looking, but the kiddos were.

My brother, me, and our 2 kids.

Drew with my Mom (Nonny).

Drew with Poppie.

The many faces of Drew, some of which he learned while at the grandparents! I know, I know, we made a lot of pictures in the same outfit. But, I really like this outfit :).

More Pics

This is one way to trap an 8 month old so you can get ready in the mornings :). Don't worry grandparents - we've only done this maybe once or twice. But, Drew doesn't seem to mind it, and it's one way to help with the separation anxiety in the mornings while we're running around getting ready for work.

My Daddy is so funny!

Disney 2008 - Part 2

Ok, so finally, here are the rest of the Disney pics. Sorry for the delay.

I'm ready for swimming.

Pics with Gee (Tim's Mom).

What's this stuff? A big bathtub? Whatever it is, I really, really like it!!

Us with Jennifer and Jeremy.

Drew's first time to sit in a "big boy chair" at a restaurant. He was SO excited!!

Papa and Granny happened to be in Orlando the same time we were for a couple of days. So, Drew enjoyed getting to see them one afternoon.

Drew had a lot of "firsts" on this trip. His first experience with a balloon. He LOVES balloons now. Anytime we see one somewhere, he's fascinated.

At the Animal Kingdom, Jennifer with Becky and Nathan (Tim's sister and brother-in-law).

We're pooped out. Drew with his cousin Cooper.

Morningtime fun.

Group shots:
Just impossible to get everyone looking at the same time with this many people and kids. Oh well. Drew wasn't looking in this picture, but it was the best one of everyone else. Here we have Nathan, Becky, and Cooper on the left. Then, Merilyn and Ricky (Tim's Mom and Uncle), then us, then Jeremy, Jennifer, and Maddy. Next year, we'll have another Baby Holley in this clan. It will be so much fun to see how to fit everyone into this same picture as the years go by, and more and more kids are added. Good Times.

It was getting late, and Drew was getting quite tired. He was still trying his best to smile.

Well, the point was to see how long they all were for record keeping. But, Drew wasn't cooperative. So, we have an 8 month old, almost a 3 year old, and little over 2 year old.

We'll see how big they all are next year.

Disney 2008 - Part 1

So, finally here are our vacation pics, sorry it's taken so long. I've been travelling like crazy for work, so no time for posting on the blog. These pics are from our Disney vacation with Tim's family.

Drew's first flight. He was such a trooper getting up at 4am to make it to our flight on time.

As you can see, he didn't stay awake too long. He's almost too big to stretch out like this much longer.

Fist day attempt to making it to the park. Here we are at the resort waiting on the bus. When it took the bus over an hour to get there, little man was pooped, so we decided to try the park another day. So goes Disney with a baby :).

Fun times in the morning.

This is Ms. Maddy, our friends Jennifer and Jeremy's daughter.
She took a very keen interest in Drew, which is a good thing since she'll very soon be a big sister! Drew affectionately became known as "Baby Drew" for the rest of the trip :).

This isn't the best picture of Drew, but he had just learned about 1 week before how to clap. He was SO proud of himself, he would clap at anything.

Welcome to Disney World, little man. Drew didn't know quite what to think about Chip and Dale.

Our friends, Jeremy and Jennifer with their baby, Maddy.

Some group shots:

Too precious.

I'm getting tired people, but I'm still cute as can be :).

This about sums up Day 1 at Disney :).
